Attendee Registration

Welcome to the 2018 South Texas Homeschool Conference!

Pre-registration is suggested for all attendees and required for the KidZone. Your PayPal receipt is your confirmation of your payment and should be brought to the conference.

Hint: When you print your confirmation, under printer destination, select “Print to PDF”. This will “print” a copy of your receipt in PDF format to your computer. Transfer this file to your phone and you’ll have it with you on the day of the conference.

REFUND POLICY – There are no refunds, just as there are no refunds for tickets to events such as concerts and sporting events. However, you are free to gift or resell (at the same or lower price) your ticket. We ask that you let us know of the transfer in order to avoid conference-day confusions.

All information submitted is kept private and not sold to anyone.

Babies, Toddlers, and Pre-schoolers

Children under the age of 13 years not participating in the KidZone are welcome to accompany their parents in the workshops, provided they are not disruptive. There will be no charge for these children. We will have a quiet room set up with activities to give them a break from the workshops. Children in the quiet room must be accompanied by a supervising adult. The room will also be furnished with comfortable chairs for moms who wish to have a quiet place to nurse.

Children not in the KidZone must be with their parents at all times.

Special Needs

South Texas Homeschool Conference will do our best to accommodate any special needs you may have. Please contact us at least two weeks prior to the Conference so we have time to make appropriate accommodations.

As we are still trying to build momentum, we don’t foresee having the staff to accommodate children/teens with severe special needs (i.e. requiring one-on-one help). However, feel free to contact us with your information and we will see how we can help. Our goal with future conferences is to have classes and activities specifically for these young people.
